东方航空和上海航空从北京始发国内的大部分航班取消了Z值奖励。所谓Z值是指航空公司为了促进机票代理的销售，在公开规定的代理费返点3%之后再增加Z值的返点。与此同时，中国国航上海始发的航线目前返点也只有公开规定的代理费3%，北京始发的航线代理费也降低了约两个百分点，南方航空也同样降低了上海始发航线的代理费返点约两个百分点。

　　据了解，此前，国际航线已经逐渐趋向实现“零佣金”制度。除了率先取消佣金的法航、荷航，以及在国内率先下调国际机票佣金的国航和南航，目前还有全日空等外航也下调了同等幅度的佣金。8月1日起，德国汉莎代理费将从3%降至1%，加拿大航空公司也从5%降到3%。

　　市场调研公司Susquehanna Internat-ional Group(SIG )发布的关于中国在线旅游报告显示，新的机票佣金下调政策将对在线旅游代理商(OTA )产生不利影响。报告认为，佣金的下调对携程的影响高于艺龙，因为通过携程出售的机票占全部机票总数的12%左右，此数量为艺龙的9倍。成立于2005年的去哪儿网会成为OTA巨头最大的威胁，将瓜分其现有的市场份额。

　　另据南航工作人员介绍，每个学生还可全程享受40公斤免费行李额。优惠票航程选择不限始发地，但目的地须为高考录取通知书学校所在地。如录取所在地不通航或无南航直飞航班，可选择中转航班或最临近的有南航直飞航班的城市作为目的地。例如，被香港的大学录取的新生，可选择深圳作为目的地；被澳门的大学录取的新生，可选择珠海作为目的地。

　　调高标准后，价格反而更低了
　　7月初至今，在交通部民航局“松绑”了公务舱、头等舱定价权后，国航、东航、上航、深航相继调高了“两舱”（头等舱、公务舱）价格标准。记者昨天查询发现，“两舱”折扣票也增多了，原本价格整齐的“两舱”价格，也出现了高低差价。7月17日北京－上海航线，东航头等舱的全价票为2830元，但四折后价格仅为1130元。该价格甚至比未对两舱价格做出调整的南航、海航等推出的头等舱全价票1700元还便宜不少。但此类特价票一般有提前3天预订等一些购票限制。

　　记者同时查询了上海－北京、北京－深圳等几条本次调价幅度比较大的重点商务航线，发现情况也基本相同。

　　携程机票业务部相关人士分析，“两舱”实现市场调节，自主定价对消费者来说还是利大于弊。一旦进入淡季，航空公司也可增加折扣幅度来吸引商务客人，增强竞争力，有效提高上座率。而在航空旺季，消费者也比以前多了选择的空间。

儿子起诉父亲赶快搬走

　　黎明家住南京白下区后标营，家有老婆、儿子及父亲，一家4口住在他承租的一处公房内，房子面积不大，3口人住都嫌挤。而他父亲在大光路八宝前街还有一套住房，但父亲不知怎么的，就喜欢和儿子一家挤在这套小房子内。开始黎明的儿子还小，和他们夫妻住在一起也没什么不方便，现在眼看儿子渐渐大了，杭州搬家和大人住在一个小房间里实在不方便，黎明就多次要求父亲搬到大光路去住，但父亲就是不肯，他杭州搬家、杭州搬家公司宁愿大光路的房子出租，也不肯搬走。黎明就这样忍受了几年，终于和父亲反目。今年年初，父子俩为了房子的事又大吵了一架，黎明盛怒之下将父亲告上法庭，说父亲影响了他对自己房子的所有权和使用权，要求父亲立刻搬走。

　　白下法院不久前开庭审理此案。在法庭上黎明的父亲认为，房子是当年他们家出钱购买的居住权，也是他出钱装修的，现在儿子让他搬出去，没道理，如果给他10万元，他可以考虑。黎明辩称，该房的使用权是他1997年个人出资30000元购买的，自己才是该房的合法承租人，而且父亲有第二套住房，应该搬出去居住。

　　法院查明，1997年，黎明一家和他父母就住进了这套房子，2006年南京白下房产经营公司和黎明签订了公有住房租赁契约，确定这套房子的承租人是黎明。2007年黎明的父母离婚，当时法院判决大光路的房子老两口各得一半。目前黎明的母亲居住在大光路，但他的父亲仍居住在后标营儿子黎明承租的房子里。

母亲状告女儿要求还房

　　相比较黎明家的事，李老太家的情况就复杂多了。杭州搬家75岁的李老太现在和儿子一起住，但她在光华路有套房子，房子不大，建筑面积三十几个平方，房产证上的名字是李老太的。但现在杭州搬家公司房子里住的却是她女儿一家三口。从去年开始，李老太就一再要求女儿一家搬走，但女儿不同意。为了要回属于自己的房子，今年年初，李老太将女儿女婿及外孙一起告上法庭，要求他们立刻搬家。

　　李老太说，女儿一家本来并不和她住在一起，而是住在土城头，1996年外孙上中学了，学校就在光华东街附近，女儿就和她商量，为了方便照顾儿子，她暂时搬到这里住，三年以后就搬出去。为了外孙的学业，李老太就同意了女儿的请求。考虑到房子太小，她就主动搬到儿子家住了。想不到女儿一家这一住就是11年，她多次要求女儿还她的房子，女儿就是不理睬。现在外孙连大学都毕业了，还住在她家，她要求法院判令女儿一家搬出去。

　　李老太女儿辩称，她和母亲原本住在南京某制药厂宿舍里，1995年宿舍拆迁了，她和母亲是被安置人员，按当时的政策规定，可以购买现在住的这套房子。因为杭州搬家公司母亲的工龄比较长，杭州搬家买房子能省点钱，所以她和母亲商量后，决定以母亲的名义购买产权，但购房款实际是她付的。母亲现在虽然不住在这里，但她同意母亲搬进来共同居住，现母亲要求他们搬出去，她不能接受。

　　法院查明的事实和李老太女儿所说的情况基本相符。

　　法院认为，诉争房屋是拆迁安置房，被告是被安置人口，对该房屋享有使用权，其丈夫和儿子作为亲属，也对该房享有使用权。原告李老太虽然是该房的所有人，对该房享有使用权，但杭州搬家不得妨碍被告一家对该房的使用权，且李老太也没有证据证明女儿一家三口有其他房屋居住，具备迁让的条件。所以李老太要求女儿一家迁让的诉讼请求，没有事实和法律的依据。最终法院也驳回了李老太的起诉。
